5. Online Appointments & Services
5.1. Bookings for therapy sessions are subject to availability. To ensure you book the time and date that suits you, we encourage you to contact the Clinic directly at (02) 8609 3067. Our operating hours are 9 AM to 9 PM Monday to Friday and 9 AM to 4 PM Saturdays.
5.2. Fees & Payment: Full fee must be paid 72-48 hours prior to the appointment and no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment to secure your booking.
5.3. Private Health Rebates: Private health insurance rebates may be available for eligible clients. Please contact us for more information or refer to the Fees page on our website.
5.4. Psychotherapy and Counselling Clinic Sydney provides professional online therapy services to clients aged 12 to 65 years across Australia, whether you're in a city, regional area, or remote location.
5.5. If you are using a hands-free headset, please ensure it works before the session.
5.6. Phone consultations are available free of charge for 15 minutes. After this, an official appointment will need to be booked. Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
6. Non-Attendance & Rescheduling Policy
6.1. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered late cancellations.
6.2. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
6.3. Rescheduling: If you rebook with at least 24 hours’ notice, no cancellation fee will apply. However, availability for your requested time is not guaranteed.
6.4. To cancel or reschedule, call (02) 8609 3067 between 9 AM and 9 PM. If necessary, leave a voicemail, and we will return your call promptly.
7. Telehealth Disclaimer
7.1. Our clinic offers online therapy sessions. By booking an online session, you acknowledge that telehealth services may have limitations, including technical disruptions and confidentiality risks.
7.2. We take all reasonable steps to ensure secure and private online sessions, but we cannot guarantee complete confidentiality due to the nature of online communication.
