Are you struggling with Addiction?

Every individual’s journey is unique. Whether your goal is complete abstinence, harm reduction, or simply understanding your relationship with substances or habits, we provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment to support your recovery.

Our Approach: What to Expect in Therapy
Here is how we work together through every stage of your recovery:

1. Initial Assessment & Goal Setting
We begin with a comprehensive pre-treatment assessment to understand your history, health, and personal goals. Together, we establish a personalised treatment plan tailored to your choices—whether that means harm reduction, moderation, or full abstinence.

2. Uncovering Root Causes & Co-Occurring Conditions

Addiction is often linked to chronic stress, past trauma, unresolved emotions, or underlying mental health challenges. We concurrently address co-occurring conditions like anxiety, depression, or PTSD to support holistic, long-term healing.

3. Practical Skill-Building & Trigger Management

Using evidence-based therapeutic frameworks (such as CBT and ACT), you will learn actionable tools to manage intense cravings, navigate high-risk triggers, replace destructive coping mechanisms, and handle emotional distress.

4. Relational Healing & Long-Term Relapse Prevention

We help you rebuild self-worth, overcome shame, and gain practical guidance to restore trust and communication with loved ones. Together, we build a sustainable relapse prevention plan and ongoing support strategies to protect your progress.

Navigating legal charges, traffic offences, or court proceedings causes immense strain. When substance use, trauma, or mental health conditions are involved, demonstrating voluntary, proactive engagement in evidence-based therapy can significantly impact your legal outcomes.

We regularly support clients appearing in NSW Local and District Courts, offering structured psychotherapy tailored for Section 14 mental health applications, court diversion schemes, bail conditions, and pre-sentencing rehabilitation.

  • Section 14 & Diversionary Assessments: Structured clinical evaluations to determine if a mental health condition, cognitive impairment, or dual diagnosis contributed to the alleged offence, supporting your legal team's court application.

  • Comprehensive Court Reports & Attendance Letters: Objective, high-standard psychological reports detailing treatment engagement, progress, and long-term risk management for submission to magistrates.

  • Offence-Specific Relapse Prevention: Practical, evidence-based strategies focused on identifying triggers, managing impulses, and reducing the risk of reoffending.

  • Psychological Support for Legal Stress: Dedicated therapeutic support to manage the severe anxiety, uncertainty, and emotional strain associated with ongoing court matters.
